Chris Kent
Chief Executive Officer
As President of an energy services company, Chris is an expert in developing turnkey solar, EV infrastructure, and commercial renewable energy solutions. The company completes an average of 250 projects annually and has worked in 34 states and 3 countries.
A United States Marine Corps veteran, Chris deployed 3 times as a logistics officer for an infantry battalion. Mr. Kent brings extensive experience in operations and logistics, with a proven track record across both private and military sectors.
Tim Doherty
Data Center Operations
Tim brings over 27 years of experience in designing, operating, and developing data centers across the Pacific Rim, North America, and Europe. With a focus on carrier diversity, peering, and energy efficiency, Tim has consistently delivered data centers that balance operational cost-efficiency with high levels of redundancy.
Mr. Doherty began his career in telecom prior to serving as Managing Director of CRG West (now CoreSite). He also served as President and COO of Mzima, COO at Server Farm Realty, and CEO and Founder of Fortress Colocation / Digital Fortress.
Mark Harris
Development
A seasoned real estate developer, Mark has completed dozens of value-add industrial, office, and retail development projects, generating substantial value and profitability for investment partners. For nearly 20 years Mark has served as the Executive Vice President of James R. Harris Partners.
He has experience in asset management, raw land acquisition, redevelopment, management, underwriting, and contract negotiation. Mark has also overseen the creation of multiple Municipal Utility Districts in Tarrant, Parker, and Travis counties throughout Texas.
Wade Chappell
Government Relations
Wade is an expert in economic development, Public Improvement Districts, consulting, and politics with a deep understanding of public-private partnerships.
He has cultivated strong relationships in the public sector, spanning local, state, and national offices, providing invaluable insights and strategic advantages in navigating complex regulatory and political landscapes.
Peter Trilikis
Finance
Peter is a seasoned real estate professional with deep expertise in transaction execution, including deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and financing. He holds an active Real Estate License in the State of Texas and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
He has a proven track record having successfully acquired $264MM in real estate assets and playing a key role in the disposition of over $1.5B in real estate and non-performing loans. Peter previously held positions at TPG Capital and Trammell Crow Company / CB Richard Ellis.
Aaron Loose
Investor Relations
Aaron is an accomplished banking and capital markets professional with extensive expertise in real estate, commercial, and private banking. Aaron honed his skills over a decade at Frost Bank followed by a successful five-year tenure as President of a Tarrant County-based bank.
Subsequently, Aaron served as Managing Director of Investor Relations at a private equity real estate firm in Ft. Worth with assets under management exceeding $250 million. His investor relations expertise encompasses a diverse range of stakeholders including family offices, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
